Easy. Healthy. Parfait.

Here is a super easy and fiber/protein-rich overnight breakfast parfait!

1 cup of greek yogurt.

1 cup of mixed berries

2 tablespoons of your favorite bubbly tea.- I'm using our exclusive Tropical Splash and Cherry Bomb.

1 tsp strawberry probiotic booster

1 tsp strawberry banana vitamin B complex

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.


Mix greek yogurt and bubbly tea in a bowl.

Mix strawberry probiotic booster and strawberry banana vitamin B complex into your mixed berries.

Layer the yogurt and berries in your glitter cup and top with pumpkin seeds.

Put in the refrigerator overnight.

Enjoy with your super greens in your shaker!
