Layered Iced Tea Pops

  • 1 cup Magical Fruit Tea (we used Magical Earl Grey, Magical Fruit Tea) - sweetened if desired

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1 cup Fruit Tea (we used Cherry Sangria, Fruit Tea) - sweetened if desired

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (we used blueberries and raspberries)

  1. Discard all tea leaves and add two or three blueberries to each ice pop mold. Disperse a small amount of Magical Tea into each, and freeze (about 1 hour).

  2. Add a layer of yogurt and gently add raspberries on top. Slowly pour over the Cherry Sangria tea and put in lids/popsicle sticks.

  3. Freeze for two hours or until frozen. Enjoy!

The variations on this little healthy summer snack are simply endless! I would probably go with a fruitier ( is that even a word?) ”Magical Fruit Tea” like Peachy Keen or Cotton Candy and ANY of our fruit teas would be delicious such as my current favorite Juicy BlackBerry Sangria! Now I’m off to find me some popsicle molds! You can find everything else you need besides the yogurt here: sipology.com/mimilinch
