3 frozen bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk alternative)
1 tsp Sipology's Sweet Watermelon Sugar Matcha
1 tsp Sipology's Probiotic Boost - Summer Strawberry
Place frozen banana, almond milk, matcha, and probiotic boost into a high-speed food processor or blender.
Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes. If your blender is having a hard time, add more almond milk by the tablespoon.
Scrape into a silicone loaf tray, and freeze until hard.
When ready to eat, take out a few minutes before to soften.
Recently I decided it was time to cut WAY back on my sugary treats. I LOVE ice cream, so I started making my own. I even purchased an ice cream bowl attachment for my KitchenAid mixer! I have been experimenting with a variety of ice cream recipes, and I can’t wait to try this one!
